Peace family.

One of the most important things you have to consider when it comes to weight loss or muscle building is your diet. I’ve been asked several times, “Hey, if I lift [weighs] can get the body I want?”

The answer: “NO! Especially if your diet is shitty.”

Let’s look at it this way…

If you owned a luxury car, Ferrari or Porsche, what kind of gas would you put in your car? Premium fuel all day, right? You wouldn’t put regular unleaded fuel in the tank because it would ruin the engine of your luxury car! So why is it that when it comes to your body, which is a machine just like those luxury cars, would you put junk food, fast food, refined sugars, processed foods, and other shitty foods in your system???

Let’s be realistic, your body is just like a luxury car. You have to give it the best fuel possible...point blank!!!
