Peace Family,
Do you ever feel the need to do arms over lower
body. Well to get the best out of a workout, you wanna focus on the
whole body to get the best results. So people like to do things by
working one group of muscles that is good if you wanna get slow
results. Why wouldn't you wanna work full body, I say maximize
results to be effective all round its nothing wrong with a little
pain in the long run!!!!!!!
