What makes you better

When working on your own personal appearance. I like to look at what I need to work on. Then figure out my best plan of action to tackle this obstacle. The body is full of many obstacles we just have to work at what we dislike the most.

   Like for me running was my enemy but now me and running are the best of friends...So do what you hate it makes you stronger...
